By submitting content to this Site (including hotel reviews, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, etc., collectively referred to as "Submissions"), you grant Entravel and its affiliated, co-branded, and/or linked website partners (collectively, "Entravel Affiliates") the following rights:

Entravel and its affiliates will not be liable for and will not refund any damage or delay due to supplier cancellations, overbookings, sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government actions, weather, force majeure, or other causes beyond their control.

Except for liability relating to death or personal injury, if Entravel and its affiliates or their respective providers are found liable for any loss or damage, the maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the transaction fee you paid to Entravel for the transaction from which the claim arises, or (b) One Hundred Dollars (US$100.00). This limit applies to any direct losses or damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Site or its services.
These limitations of liability are fundamental elements of the agreement between Entravel and you. They will survive and apply even if any remedy is deemed to fail its essential purpose.

If you use Entravel to make requests on behalf of a third party ("Third Party"), you are responsible for the accuracy of any information provided. Entravel reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access to any part of the Site at any time, without notice and for any reason.
All booking requests must be made with crypto currency unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This Agreement, which includes these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions referenced herein, constitutes the complete agreement between you and Entravel regarding the subject matter covered. It supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, whether oral or written, concerning the subject matter and can only be amended or modified in writing or by updates made available on this Site. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability for fraud. A printed version of this Agreement and any electronic notices will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that closely reflects the original intent, and the rest of the Agreement will remain in effect.
Prices for hotel bookings and other travel services on Entravel are dynamic and subject to change based on booking date, length of stay, and hotel class. There is no guarantee that the prices displayed in search results will be available until they are officially booked.
You acknowledge that in some countries, additional local taxes (such as tourist taxes) may be imposed, which are payable locally by you. You are solely responsible for covering these additional costs.
Entravel does not collect taxes to remit to taxing authorities. Instead, taxes are included in the invoices from hotel providers, who then remit these taxes to the appropriate authorities. The tax recovery charges in prepaid hotel transactions represent the estimated taxes that Entravel pays to the hotel supplier. These charges do not equate to a tax collection from you to be remitted by us. Actual tax amounts paid may vary, and we retain our service fees as compensation for servicing your travel reservation. These fees differ based on the amount and type of hotel reservation.
Entravel does not act as a co-vendor with the providers through whom travel arrangements are booked or reserved. Taxability and applicable tax rates can vary significantly by location.
Hotel reservations made via Entravel are governed by the specific rules and restrictions of the respective hotels. The following general restrictions apply to all rates:
Access to Entravel and its affiliated sites is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding conflicts of law principles and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods. By using Entravel, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the United Arab Emirates for all matters arising from your use of the Site and its services.
Entravel and its affiliates act solely as facilitators for the service providers and do not sell products or services in their own name. Therefore, Entravel and its affiliates are not liable for the products and services offered through the Site or for assistance in conducting transactions, including booking requests. Any claims related to the products and services should be directed to the respective providers.
In the event you find a lower rate for the same hotel, same room type, and same dates on another website after booking with Entravel, and it meets our terms and conditions for price matching, Entravel will refund the difference. The refund can be claimed through the same payment method used for the booking.
